Rid of worry

Set with your self alone and figure out what make you worry ??
Ask what make me worry ..??
( maybe two things or more ..)
And solve them .
ask " what worse thing will can happens ??"
Then find a way to satisfy about it , because every thing can be useful for better life .
If you do that .You will rid of the worry latterly.
Come on , face your self .its not that bad , you'll feel peace after it .
